After just 4 months of working with Charlie 3 times a week I was rolling hard again!
Like he said...my sciatic nerve pain in my leg vanished!
All my aches just went away...
And best of all, I was able to compete again! I have had 22 matches in tournament action since I met Charlie and am 22-0! Now I'm not saying I won those matches because of the stretching...BUT!!
I am saying that the stretching allowed me to stay healthy enough to train hard and it also allowed me to do things with my body that I was never able to do before...
Things like stopping the guard pass by throwing my legs over their body when they are almost on side control...
Things like getting my hooks in even when they are staying balled up and blocking them...
Things like holding a lower side control and mount keeping my mount wide because my hips are now opened up!
I told him that we need to share this with the rest of the BJJ world and help them experience the same thing me and my students are!
